We are looking for a Junior Specialist of Global Customer Service to join our team!
Our ideal candidate will answer customer emails, live chat, and phone calls, as well as interact with the Marketing and product development teams to resolve issues.
【What You Do】
• Handling all incoming users' suggestions, inquiries, requests and potentially complaints received via various channels including emails, live chat, phone calls, and social media in the most efficient manner.
• Answering customers’ questions and helping them with issues to ensure the best customer service in the industry.
• Referring problematic issues that they cannot solve to the product team.
• Adhering to a company’s policies and procedures at all times when assisting customers.
• Create easy to digest FAQ documentation for customers.
